What our graduates say

Meet our mentors & partners
SEEDx is backed by a powerful network of mentors and partner organizations — founders, investors, researchers, and leading AgriTech companies — all committed to helping early-stage startups move forward with clarity and traction.
Meet the program lead
SEEDx is led by Tomer Marshall, a three-time startup founder and seasoned accelerator leader.
With over a decade of experience, Tomer has designed and led programs that help early-stage founders sharpen their value proposition, connect with investors, and take confident steps toward building real businesses.
Founders know him as a brutally honest ally who gives clear, actionable feedback without the fluff. His style is direct, practical, and focused on helping teams make the most of their time and energy. While deeply involved in the AgriTech ecosystem in the Western Negev, Tomer works across sectors, guided by a belief that innovation only matters if it leads to real-world impact.
